New Display in Senior Center

Robert has arranged a new display of club carvings in the Senior Center for May 18 to July 20. Every member, regardless of level of experience and expertise, is expected to bring at least one carving for the display. It is important for the display to show variety of all kinds in the carvings done by club members. Please do not bring more than three carvings.

Bring your carving(s) to the meeting on May 18th. Robert will take them to be displayed starting May 19th. If you will be out of town bring them before you leave and we will see that they get in the display. When the display is taken down, the carvings will be returned at the July 27th meeting. If you are out of town the carvings will be safely held for your return.

Any display is important for our visibility and attracts potential members. Get your carvings ready!

2016 Florida Roundup

That should be roundups! The usual roundup will be held in Clearwater February 2 to 5. Then a second roundup will be held February 8 to 11 in Arcadia. Arcadia is a smaller facility, but there should be less traffic than in Tampa/Clearwater. It's been suggested that by making reservations by October it is possible to get into an RV park in either area. There will be some overlap in instructors. Check the websites:
